Solar Technician (FF)

Gain the knowledge and skills to design, install and maintain solar systems! This course will introduce you to photovoltaic (PV) design, installation, and maintenance of solar systems. The classroom theory and hands-on training will cover the following learning objectives: markets and applications, safety basics, electricity basics, solar energy fundamentals, module fundamentals, system components, system sizing principles, system electrical and mechanical design and performance analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
