Intended audience is field personnel directly responsible for control, placement and testing of asphalt as well as Construction Inspectors, Senior Construction Inspectors, Consultant Construction Inspectors, Senior Consultant Construction Inspectors, Materials IA & QA personnel and Permit Inspectors.
