Topics include orientation to the electrical trade, circuits, electrical theory, National Electric Code, device boxes, hand bending, raceways and fittings, conductors and cables, residential electrical services and electrical test equipment. Upon successful completion of this course, students are eligible to sit for the Electrical – Level 1 credential exam offered by the National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER).
