Certified Billing and Coding Specialist

This short-term training program prepares students for certification and to process patient data for the proper assignment of ICD-10 coding and to prepare and process health insurance claims for reimbursement. As a CBCS, you may perform some or all of the following tasks: Gather/review essential patient information. Verify required documentation before patient information is released.
