Certified Clinical Medical Assistant

Students learn to perform both administrative and patient clinical procedures in a variety of medical settings. Program includes CPR training. Tasks performed could include: Interviewing patients Measuring and recording vital signs Preparing exam rooms Cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment Assisting providers with exams and procedures Administering injections, topical and oral medications Performing venipuncture and point-of-care testing Curriculum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Potential Certifications: Students who successfully complete the program will earn CPR certification and will be eligible to take the National Healthcareer Association’s Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exam....
