Medication Aide Fall 2026

Medication Aides are trained to prepare for safe administration of medications to clients in assisted living facilities. The course teaches basic pharmacology and the proper procedure for preparing, administering, maintaining and documenting medications. Students are also taught to facilitate client self-administration and assist with medication administration. All Medication Aide healthcare students are required to watch this 30-minute orientation video before enrollment. Students must email info@brcc.edu to confirm they have met this requirement.
