Clasen Quality Chocolate to Open New Manufacturing Facility in Frederick County 

Clasen Quality Chocolate (CQC) has plans to open a new manufacturing facility in Frederick County, VA. Originally based out of Wisconsin, CQC will invest $230 million into its Frederick County site and will bring over 250 jobs to the region. Read more here. 

Serioplast to Open Manufacturing Site in Shenandoah County 

Recently, it was announced that plastic packaging manufacturer Serioplast will open a $25.7 million industrial facility in Shenandoah. The project will bring 45 new jobs to the area, adding on to the manufacturing epicenter that Shenandoah has become. Read more here. 

Governor Youngkin Announces Delta Star Inc. Expands Lynchburg Manufacturing Facility 

Gov. Youngkin recently announced that Delta Star, Inc. will invest $35 million to expand its operations in Lynchburg. Delta Star, Inc. has manufactured power transformers in Lynchburg for over 60 years. This investment will create 300 jobs for the area. Read more here. 

Metal Fabrication Company Expanding Virginia Headquarters 

The metal fabrication company, TST Fab & Manufacturing, is investing $3 million to expand its Norfolk facilities. The company has been a part of Norfolk since 2021, manufacturing custom sheet metal, providing laser cutting and welding services and more. This project will create 56 jobs for the area.
